Back in his hometown of Reims, he founded AU PIANO DES CHEFS, a company specializing in gastronomic and wine-experiences workshops as well as a Chef at home service. (Private chef)

He welcomes clients from all over the world into his kitchens and beyond, offering a high-quality culinary experience.

​

Located at the foot of Notre-Dame de Reims, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, his kitchens can accommodate from 1 person in a private workshop to 40 people in a group, allowing guests to cook while admiring this masterpiece of Gothic architecture.

Chef de cuisine, pâtissier et designer, Eric Geoffroy a exercé dans des établissements hôteliers et restaurants de renom en Angleterre et au Canada.

 

De retour à Reims sa ville natale, il crée AU PIANO DES CHEFS, société spécialisée dans l'organisation d'ateliers culinaires gastronomiques et œnologiques

ainsi qu’un service de CHEF A DOMICILE.

Il accueille des clients du monde entier dans ses cuisines ou ailleurs, offrant une expérience culinaire de haut niveau.

 

Située au pied de la Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Reims, lieu inscrit au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO, ses cuisines ont une capacité d’accueil de 1 personne en atelier privé à 40 personnes en groupe et permettent de cuisiner en contemplant ce chef d’œuvre de l’architecture gothique.
